Friday, March 11, 2011
1-2 pm: Team leader meeting at the Gunstock Nordic Clubhouse
We will have packets for you with bibs, copies of the start lists, Banquet tickets, trail maps, stadium maps, T-shirts, and other info. All race fees must be paid by end of meeting
3:30 pm: Girls Freestyle 5 km, waves of 5, 60 second intervals
4:30 pm: Boys Freestyle 5 km, waves of 5, 60 second intervals

10:00 am: Boys classic 5K, waves of 5, 60 second interval start
11:00 am: Girls classic 5K, waves of ,5 60 second interval starts
Lunch (bring your own or available to purchase from concession)
2:00 pm: Boys 1K Sprint, wavers of 5, 60 second start interval
3:00 pm: Girls 1K Sprint, waves of 5, 60 second start interval
6:00pm: pasta dinner for athletes/coaches (and any other ticket holders)
followed by awards and entertainment at the Margate Resort
Relay rosters due by end of banquet (will be announced)

10:00 am: 4 X 2 K Mixed Relay: (leg 1 – Boy Classic, 2 – Girl Classic, 3 – Boy Freestyle, anchored by 4 – Girl Freestyle. Seeded Mass start, 10 lanes
12:00 Noon: Relay and Team awards outside clubhouse

Registration and qualification criteria available through your state's J2 team leader. Leader contact information will be posted on NENSA website. http://www.nensa.net . When teams register skiers, make sure that you list faster skiers first so that we can seed skiers properly. This will make for a fairer and more enjoyable competition for all.Skiers will be seeded by their state coaches ranked fastest to slowest .
