For winter programs, please fill out our Online Membership Application and then provide payment through either check or PayPal (see below).

Summer Training Programs

  1. If you’re coming to the first week of practice (6/15–6/20) please bring a check made out to GNA and hand it to Coach Nina with your GNA Summer Training Form
  2. If you’re not coming to the first week of practice (6/15–6/20) please mail a check and completed GNA Summer Training Form to:

Pay via PayPal (fill out the form below)

  1. Enter the name of the athlete(s) you’re paying for
  2. Enter the total amount for all programs you’re paying for
  3. Click the PayPal button
  4. Choose to pay with your PayPal account or with a Debit / Credit card
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction
